Each of us here at Glover Russell, P.A. share your concerns about the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Over the last few weeks, we have been monitoring the CDC, Mississippi Department of Health and World Health Organization for the latest information. You can rest assured that our office is following all of the guidelines, recommendations and regulations as we receive daily updates. We are prepared to close our office and follow any quarantine protocols as and when they come available, if necessary, in the coming days and weeks.
While we continue to practice universal precautions and observe strict personal hygiene protocol, we are taking measures to disinfect the common areas in our offices, as well. We are requesting that members of our office stay home if they have any symptoms suggestive of a cold, flu or respiratory illness. To protect you, our employees, and their families, we are asking that if you have traveled within the past fourteen (14) days to any location within the United States with a higher rate of outbreaks, traveled abroad, on a cruise ship, regardless of destination, or reside and/or have close contact with someone who has, please contact our office vie telephone and/or email to conduct business. Further, if you have been asked to self-quarantine, have been diagnosed with, or have had contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with, COVID-19, or if you or a family member are experiencing symptoms suggestive of a cold, flu or respiratory illness, please also refrain from coming to the office and instead contact us via telephone and/or email.
If you are feeling sick, please contact your primary care physician or local hospital immediately for screening and treatment.
In the event of a closure, please know that we have developed a comprehensive plan of action that ensures our continued operation and uninterrupted service to our clients. In the event of an office closure, we are equipped to work remotely and will endeavor to do so inasmuch as is possible given the similar restraints placed upon the business and legal environment. Our attorneys will continue to be accessible and available to you by email and telephone, and our staff remains willing and able to provide you the caring assistance we value and pride ourselves upon.
